FAQ's

How Often Should I Have My Windows Cleaned?

This depends on where you live and your surrounding circumstances. Any sprinkler overspray can & will permanently damage glass through mineral etching. We recommend at minimum 3 times per year to minimize permanent damage potential.

What is Client Hub?

Our Client Hub is for your convenience in looking at your entire work history, quotes, invoices and pending requests. You can also pay your bill, make deposits, get quotes and schedule appointments. 

What is the 5 Step Process?

  1. Brush away leaves, webs and debris around entire window area
  2. Screens removed and dusted*, frames wiped down and dried
  3. Coarse wash to remove heavy grime and razoring of debris
  4. Washing and rising of exterior, tracks, frames and sills
  5. Fine wash, Spot Free Rinse, inspection and re-installment of screens

Does Rain Guard Actually Work?

Yes! Rain repellent is a Super Hydrophobic coating that is sprayed on or manually applied. Through water beading technology, rain, snow or other moisture will wick off more easily and will keep glass cleaner longer. It also will protect minerals from bonding & etching the glass leaving difficult stains. It can last up to 3 months and results will vary depending on the area in you live in.

What Does a Touch Up Mean?

Touch up visits can consist of an entire re-do of 20 of your favorite window panes.  It's important to note that the specialist will determine the techniques used for the touch up. We promise to make the 20 panes clear again and there is no deadline for touch ups. They just can't be combined. They must be used between cleanings upon request. 

What happens during a screen repair?

Screen repair services are a highly convenient option for you while we're already at your home. These consist of re-screening (charcoal black or gray material, new corners, tabs & springs. New frame members can be replaced by our Mobile Screen Unit during a separate appointment. 

Am I Locked In To A Long-Term Contract?

No! Get out anytime for a small flat rate $50 fee. Any free touch-ups performed will need to be reimbursed. (They're all free if you use all of your cleanings)

What About The Weather?

No need to worry! We'll keep track of the weather and let you know when/if there's a 40% or greater chance of precipitation. Annual members have a 48hr rain guarantee in the event bad weather arrises unexpectedly. 

Do I Have To Be Home?

Usually no. If we're servicing your exterior we don't require you to be home. If there is a minor present without an adult we will not service the interior. We're happy to service interiors as well. You can trust our drug free, background tested specialists will always be honest and trustworthy. Our reputation depends on it. 

What is Priority Scheduling?

Members will be scheduled according to their needs as much as possible. If a "OneTime" customer is in that spot needed they'll be moved to service the member first as needed allowing members to schedule last minute touchups as necessary
