9 Unique Reasons You Should join Worried Bird.

Pure Scalability

Our Gig Rig system gives you the flexibility to do this as an owner-operated business or scaled with multiple crews and teams. Grow it to sell or for long term stability. No other franchise system does this!

Year-Round Work

All year long, you will get the opportunity to work in various services like window cleaning, power washing, screen repair, rain gutter cleaning and holiday lighting.

Annual Recurring Revenue

Get a strong annual recurring revenue of 76. Our customers are not "one and done" clients! Annual, bi-annual, quarterly and monthly customers provide stable, predictable income and grow into family-like relationships that produce strong cash flow.

Sales Automation

Powerful sales automation drives activity and prompts you to take the next best action to create deals and win sales. You will have access to professional messaging already written for you. Our technology suite makes you a natural sales expert with little prior experience.

Nurturing Engine

The real work happens after the sale. Our proprietary nurture engine keeps you top of mind with your customers, automatically raises average ticket prices by up-selling other services, educates customers, maintains client relationships, and keeps customers coming back to you over and over.

The Gig Rig

The Gig Rig is an essential work of art summarizing thousands of jobs and the ideal configuration of systems for any operator. We designed and built in-house the best trailer rig for simple, dependable service delivery. Faster and simpler than anybody on the planet.

Field Service Systems

Slick field service software keeps your customers and employees in excellent communication with your business. Bid, invoice, text, collect a payment, mileage tracking, vehicle GPS integrations, and many other features make you a rockstar service provider and give peace of mind that nothing is falling through the cracks.

Worried Bird Academy

Our training platform is a modern, digitized, fully mobile academy with hundreds of training courses on everything you need to feel confident and be successful at growing your business, including supporting documentation and playbooks. WB Academy is integrated with your Gig Rig, enabling on-the-fly instruction to technicians at any time.

Dispatch & Sales Center

Central dispatch handles complex logistics and team member schedules, keeping the operator's day running smooth and efficient. It enables you to focus on growth and not the daily admin work. Sales center keeps your backend systems sharp and assists in commercial and national account acquisition.

What is the Franchise Process?

Step 1 Initial Conversation

We’ll dive in, understand your situation, introduce you to our brand and give you a high-level overview of the Franchise Opportunity and answer any questions you have.

Step 2 Discovery

We’ll schedule a 45-60 min call with a Franchise Developer. In that conversation, you’ll learn about our brand in greater detail and we’ll answer as many questions as you have. We want to learn what drives your desire to own a business for yourself. We’ll try to understand your experience to see if you’d be a good fit as well.

Step 3 Due Diligence Phase

During this time, you’ll do some research, and we’ll formulate boundaries for your potential territory & begin to understand the market conditions that exist there. You can also call existing franchise partners to hear about their experiences.

If you’re a good fit, we’ll connect in person & spend a day discovering with us, seeing the Gig Rig & business first hand, meeting the founder and discussing details.

Step 4 Franchise Awarded

You’ll review & sign your franchise agreement & documentation originated by our legal team & pay the initial franchise fees.

How can I pay for it?

There are many financing options for you. Funding your franchise is not hard.
We have 3rd party lenders we work with ready to help you right now.

Worried bird financing options

Home Refinance or Equity Line of Credit:
As the market rebounds, you might have more equity in your home. Potential franchisees can often refinance their homes, thanks to low interest rates, and pull enough capital out to purchase a franchise. We suggest that you check with your local credit union or community bank; often, they are willing to work with customers. You might also be able to secure a line of credit based on your home equity portion, which can help with ramp-up costs.

401(k) or IRA Roll Over:
Tapping into your retirement fund is a popular way to fund a business. There are several advantages, and there are no financial penalties if you do it right. By creating a C corporation and corporate retirement account and moving corporate stocks, you can, in effect, loan money to yourself. It is always a popular financing option.

While Worried Bird only requires a minimum liquidity of $30,000, you may have more capital you could use to get started. If you have the liquidity, cash is always a great way to invest. Your savings could be the key to unlocking a richly rewarding investment without the hassle of third parties, tax penalties, or interest rates.

Friends and Family:
A great place to make up any gap remaining friends and family that believes in what you're doing is a great resource to get the leftover capital needed to make your business ownership a reality.

What kind of support will I have?

You'll receive:

1. Access to the Worried Bird franchisee only website to find all franchisee resources in one place.

A. Training resources
B. Launch timelines
C. Newsletters

2. Access to the 130-page operations manual is the secret sauce of everything we do from A-Z.

3. A copy of the 119 page Sales and Marketing playbook. A deep dive into the best tactical strategies and practical action items we used to get out of obscurity and land and expand new customers since 2013.

4. Access to Worried Bird Academy. Includes hundreds of training videos from building a team to field ops to pipeline management and more.

5. Gig Rig integrated training videos for in the field help.

6. Multiphase start-up training program including 7-10 days of in-person training.

7. Coaching calls anytime you need and regular check-in calls as scheduled.

8. In the field (FaceTime) support via your Gig Rig communications center with a Gig Guide or the Founder.

9. Annual sales kickoff and retreat.

How much money will I make?

It is a great question! By law, we're not allowed to say how much you are "going" to make. However, a single operator in one Gig Rig maxes out at about $1,200 / day.

How do I get customers?

Great question!

There's a lot that happens here! To name a few, we provide sales services to help you get started and to help you land and expand commercial and residential accounts and routes.

You'll also receive constant weekly video training in our training academy, coupled with a robust, in-the-field playbook detailing how to find customers, keep them and expand them.

A routine phone call keeps you accountable and on track with your targets, goals and your ultimate vision.

PLUS A WHOLE LOT MORE that we can't tell you about here. 😉 We are proficient with client acquisition. It's our strong suit. We'll show you how we do it!

How many Gig-Rigs can I buy?

As many as you need! If you want to grow your territory and operations, multiple Gig Rigs can be built and shipped to your area within about 8 weeks.

What if I don't have any prior experience?

That's just it! You don't need any prior experience. All you need a strong desire to grow a brand and build something you'll be proud of.

What kind of vehicle do I need to tow?

A truck is best. We require a vehicle that is no more than ten years old. Your hitch must be able to carry 3,000 lbs. If you don't have a truck, that's okay! Another capable vehicle will work, but it will need to be approved before the service begins.

How long does the process take?

After signing your franchise agreement, you can count on starting after about 75 days.

60 days to build your Gig Rig
14 days of training
1 launch day
75 days

How much overhead is there?

Our system is lean and efficient. It allows little overhead, high margins and flexibility. No need for office space either. Park the rig at home and reap the rewards of mobile service delivery.

How can I scale it larger?

Starting with a single rig is a great place to start. After your rig reaches capacity, you can:

Acquire a new territory to service
Acquire another Gig Rig to service your current territory
Both 1 and 2

It is scaled as you grow - keeping expenses as linear as possible.

This is not a franchise offering. A franchise offering can be made by us only in a state if we are first registered, excluded, exempted, or otherwise qualified to offer franchises in that state, and only if we provide you with an appropriate franchise disclosure document. Most franchisors charge a percentage of the gross revenues of your business. This cuts your profits and forces the franchisor to require reports & auditing of your performance regularly.

Our structure supports essential growth activities, not by taking a share of your sales.

  • You can keep more profits.
  • You can grow your business faster.
  • You can hire sooner & attract better talent.
  • You can invest in additional locations.
  • You can invest in more advertising.
  • You can be more competitive in the marketplace.
  • You can pay yourself more.
  • You can serve more customers.
  • You can borrow from your bank easier.
  • You can break even on your investment sooner.

While we believe accountability is critical to business growth; you can rest assured that a monthly P&L Statement, regular bank statements, other reports & yearly financial audits are not going to bog you down from focusing on the growth of your business. There’s little need for those when you pay around your growth activities & not your sales activities.

Our business infrastructure is focused on support, technology, innovation, and keeping your business growing; not pulling from your hard-earned sales revenue with fluctuating royalty fees.
