Questions from Salt Lake City neighbors
Can you reach windows on a steep East Bench lot?
Usually, and it's worth mentioning when you request the quote. Hillside lots mean the downhill side of the house is effectively an extra story, ladder footing is on a slope, and access is tight between the house and a retaining wall. None of that is unusual for us here, but it changes the equipment and the time on site, so we'd rather know before the truck shows up than after.
How does the Salt Lake inversion affect my windows?
It puts a fine layer of particulate on the glass that builds up over weeks of trapped air. You may not notice it day to day, but it's why the same window looks flat in February and sharp in May. Most East Bench and Avenues customers clean once in the spring after inversion season ends and once in the fall — that lines up exactly with the two-visit Worry Free Plan.
