SMS terms
What text messages we send, and how to stop them. Last updated 3 September 2026.
What this covers
Worried Bird Window & Exterior Cleaning sends text messages to people who have asked us for a quote or booked work with us. This page explains what those messages are and how to control them.
How you sign up
By giving us your mobile number on the Worry Free Quote form, or by giving it to us over the phone, you agree that we may text you about your request. We do not buy phone numbers and we do not text people who have not contacted us.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Ask us to call or email instead and we will.
What we send
Messages about the job you asked us about: your quote, confirming a time, letting you know the crew is on the way, and following up afterwards.
Message frequency varies — it depends on the work you have asked for. Most people get a handful of messages around a single visit.
What it costs
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop them
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation that we have, and then nothing further.
Stopping texts does not cancel your job — we will call or email you instead. You can also just tell your crew, or email website@worriedbird.com.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email website@worriedbird.com, or call 888-216-2643.
Delivery is not guaranteed
Text messages depend on your mobile carrier, and carriers do not guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time. If something matters, we will call you as well.
Your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share your phone number for advertising. What we collect and who sees it is set out in our privacy policy, which also explains how to ask us what we hold and have it deleted.
Changes
If we change how we use text messages, we will update this page and say when it changed.
